Had my (curly) hair cut here for the first time this week. Very nicely cut. What I think is a shame is that during the entire process from washing to cutting and styling it seemed like one big commercial. Show everything that is used, down to the last detail. Felt very pushy in terms of sales technique, too bad!
It's great that you can choose online who you want to make an appointment with. I am always with Manon myself. She really takes the time for you, watches and thinks along with you and has a nice chat while cutting.
